As you are likely aware; catastrophic fires are ravaging LA and the surrounding areas. Our daughter Emma is a graphic designer and lived near ground zero of these raging wildfires for several years. She had previously drawn this depiction (seen on the coffee label) of the view from her former apartment near Hollywood as a shirt design (also available here).
Being near and dear to her heart she mobilized and is leading a fundraising effort to help the LA Fire Department during this horrific disaster. While we cannot be on the ground helping pass out food, water or other critical aid we can help with our coffee through this fundraiser.

We roast coffee Tuesday through Thursday.
We ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays each week.
We ship our coffees within 24 hours of roast. Typically all coffees are shipped the day they were roasted.
Currently we are offerring FREE shipping on all orders.
We pack, seal & flush our bags ensuring to maximize the freshness cycle. Once you have received your coffee we recommend enjoying it within the first 14 days of opening the bag.

Yes you can, BUT we do not recommend it unless you are storing it long-term (greater than a month).
